Lots of love for my pet while I'm away

At first I was (as most people are) wary of not seeing where my precious Chester was going to stay while I was away, but after meeting Donna and Al at their office my fears were eliminated. They showed me pictures of the host homes, and answered all ofmy questions with patience and complete concern for my puppy's welfare and happiness. I am very pleased that Chester visits the same host each time (3), and he makes himself right at home! The host sent pictures to me from the first visit, and notes of his activity all 3 times. Every time I called Donna or Al to check up on Chester, they promptly called me back and gave me a report. I am completely satisfied with their service and will use them again---and encourage anyone to trust Pets Are Inn with their furry loved one. Carla Bums

We have been using Pets Are Inn for several years now for our 2 Cavalier King Charles Spaniels. It's a great service. There is nothing better than knowing your "family members" are going to a warm home, getting lots of attention, walks, cuddles and playtime; much better than being couped up in a 6x6 kennel for a week! Our dogs get to go to the same host family everytime and now when the Pets Are Inn van pulls up to the house they get so excited, run out and jump right in, ready to go to their "vacation"! What a great feeling!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Pets Are Inn!

Pets Are Inn made it possible for us to go on vacation and not worry about our dog. If you don't feel right leaving your dog all alone in a kennel with a cold concrete floor, this is the best there is (next to being at home). We found the most perfect host family for Ajax, our Boston Terrier! They love her almost as much as we do and have bought her toys & a cute double breasted coat! The host families love pets or they wouldn't be doing this. They give medication when necessary and you can feel confident that your pet is being cared for and then can enjoy yourself. Donna, AI, Diane & Judy ARE THE BEST!!!!!

Al and Donna of PetsAreInn in Plano Texas offer excellent service with a human touch. Their willingness to accommodate our pet on short notice because of last-minute airline problems and pick her up at the airport was an act of kindness for which we will be forever grateful. PetsAreInn of Plano-Texas provided quality service with added details such as photos of our pet, reports on feeding and general welfare that made us feel very comfortable with the boarding experience. Their intake questionnaire was very thorough about our pet's likes and dislikes. PetsAreInn is a very professional and caring boarding service. We will certainly use PetsAreInn for any future need to board our pet.

Response: Jose, when you called us from the airport, we heard the panic in your voice and could not help but see what we could do to assist you. Even though Christmas time is one of our busiest times of the year for us, we just could not see leaving you in the lurch. Nikita is such a sweet, well behaved pup. I immediately fell in love with Nikita when Al finally returned from the airport with her. She got along so well with her host, Judy, and Judy's pets and bonded so well with Judy's husband. Great with Older Pets

Pets Are Inn always takes great care of our old dog - they are gentle and sweet with him, he always comes home happy and is happy to go when they pick him up. They are a huge relief to us as he used to hate it when we would leave him. Thanks Pets Are Inn - you are doing a great job!!!!

Gaston Loves pets Are Inn!!!

The story of the Runaway: Our family was in the midst of moving from one home to another. The front door was open while the movers were coming and going. Little Gaston was not happy. He saw a white van in front of the house, thinking it was a Pets Are Inn van he ran outside, around and around the van, looking for the door so he could jump in. The problem was it was the moving van. Finally I called Pets Are Inn and asked if they could take care of Gaston while we moved. It seemed Gaston could talk, he was saying "I need Pets Are Inn". He was a happy dog when the right white van rolled up!!!!
